Kala Voyage Collection – Guidance
In collaboration with Mori cultural artist Sam Mangakahia, Kala proudly presents The Voyage Collection—three original designs inspired by shared human experiences: Unity, Courage, and Guidance. Sam has been telling stories through art for over 13 years, creating more than 450 custom works, each carrying its own unique meaning.
The Courage design represents the strength within each of us to face new challenges. Etched into the mahogany body, the wave motif is a reminder that from the moment of birth, life brings both opportunities and trials. By drawing on our inner resolve and the strength of our ancestors, we can rise above difficulties and gain lasting confidence.
Laser-etched artwork, a smooth satin finish, and reliable Kala craftsmanship make this ukulele as meaningful as it is musical. Each Voyage Collection instrument includes a personalised gig bag and a story card hang tag, sharing the deeper message behind the art.
