    Mann's Music have a comprehensive shipping matrix to more accurately reflect the cost of sending the various products we sell to all parts of the United Kingdom and worldwide. Delivery charges where applicable will be calculated by our website. Prices vary depending on the size of your order and your location, so to find out the exact cost, please check your basket at the checkout stage and select the relevant shipping method.

  • When and how can I return my item?

    (a) All of our goods supplied for use in the UK are guaranteed against faults occurring due to faulty parts or workmanship for a minimum period of 12 months from the date they arrive with you. All Casio, Yamaha and Roland products are guaranteed for 24 months from the date they arrive with you. These guarantees do not cover accidental damage of any sort.

    (b) Any replacement parts required within the 12-month warranty period for goods supplied and/pr used outside of the UK are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, but the labour costs of servicing equipment may be charged, dependins upon the distributor's policy in your country.

    (c) If an item you have bought from us develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible by email, telephone or letter and we will advise you how to proceed. Often, we can fix the item on site or advise you by telephone, but sometimes the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer's service department.

    (d) We are available to answer telephone queries during our opening hours (9am - 5pm Mon-Sat). We aim to provide a comprehensive telephone helpline service and our own technical staff are fully supported by our UK distributor's technical support teams. We can also answer queries through our Enquiry Form or by email to

    (e) If an item arrives with you damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can advise you how to proceed. In the case of damaged goods, you should contact us within 3 days of delivery.

    (f) If we deem your goods faulty upon arrival, we will pay for collection, service and return to you - (UK only). If your goods become faulty during the warranty period and we advise that they should be returned for inspection, you will bear the cost of collection and we will bear all the costs of service and return to you (UK only)

    (g) Please retain all of the original manufacturer's boxes/packaging (and extra outer packaging where there is any) in which your items are supplied, so that you can safely return them to us if they become faulty.

    (h) We cannot accept liability with regard to any claim you make where you have not complied with the claims procedures in these conditions.

    (i) Under UK Distance Selling Law you have the right to return a product for a refund if you notify us within 14 days, and return it to us within the following 14 days. Refunds will be subject to the following criteria below.

    (j) Condition of return. Mann's Music reserve the right to take deductions from your order if it is not returned in the condition it was sent to you.

    Excellent condition: No Deductions

    • Unused, undamaged, or unaltered
    • All items included in the original package
    • Factory or vacuum seal must not be broken/opened (if applicable)
    • Original tags included & attached (where applicable)
    • Must include provided certificates of authenticity, grading or appraisal

    Good condition: 5%-10% Deduction

    • Missing original packaging
    • Factory or vacuum seal is broken/opened but the item is still in its original condition
    • Original tags included but unattached

    Fair condition: 15%-30% Deduction

    • Missing parts
    • Some signs of wear or use
    • Item has been installed
    • Item has been registered or user has not logged out of the device's account, and cannot easily be set back to factory settings
    • Original tags missing

    Poor condition: 35%-50% Deduction

    • Significant signs of wear, or significantly different than how it was shipped to the buyer
    • Missing essential parts
    • Item is damaged, scratched, defective, or requires service or repair 
    • Missing provided certificates of authenticity, grading or appraisal
    • Opened items that cannot be resold (perishables, liquor, makeup)
