Dispatch Master
Digital Delay & Reverb
The Dispatch Master is a high-fidelity digital delay and reverb pedal, offering rich ambience and clear echoes in one compact, easy-to-use unit. Whether you're after lush, ambient textures or a quick slapback echo, this versatile pedal gives you instant access to both effects without taking up too much space on your board.
It’s one of EarthQuaker Devices' most popular pedals, and now it’s even better thanks to Flexi-Switch® Technology. Want to add delay and reverb to just a single note or chord? Simply press and hold the footswitch while you play, then release it to go back to your clean tone. For regular use, just tap the footswitch once to turn it on, and again to turn it off.
Flexi-Switch® Technology
This pedal features Flexi-Switch® Technology, a relay-based true bypass switching system that lets you use the footswitch in two ways:
Latching mode: Tap once to turn the effect on, tap again to turn it off.
Momentary mode: Hold the footswitch down for as long as you want the effect. Let go, and it will bypass automatically.
Please note: because the switching is relay-based, the pedal needs to be powered to pass signal.
How to Use the Dispatch Master
You can run delay and reverb together, or use either effect on its own. Simply adjust the four main controls to suit your sound:
Mix: Blends the wet and dry signals, adjusting the overall effect level.
Time: Sets the delay time, ranging from 0 ms up to 1500 ms (1.5 seconds).
Reverb: Controls how much reverb is applied. Turn left for less, right for more.
Repeats: Adjusts how many delay repeats you get. At maximum, you'll get infinite repeats without runaway feedback, perfect for drones, ambient textures, and post-rock tones.
Delay Only Setup
To use only the delay effect:
Turn the Reverb control all the way down.
Adjust Time, Repeats, and Mix as desired.
Reverb Only Setup
To use only the reverb effect:
Turn the Time and Repeats controls all the way down.
Adjust Reverb and Mix to your liking.
Important: When in reverb-only mode, the Repeats knob takes on a secondary role, allowing you to adjust the reverb's decay, depth, and overall tone. Turn it up for a thicker, more dynamic sound.
