It all started with a simple idea: Lee wanted a smaller version of his go-to overdrive, the now-discontinued Gray Channel®, which had become a key part of his signature sound. That was a good start – and it sounded fantastic – but Gary had other ideas.
Turns out, there’s more to Gary than meets the eye. Dig a little deeper and you’ll find his darker side: late-night Gary, rowdy Saturday-night Gary.
So, we sat down with the little fella and got to know him properly. The result? A brilliant blend of gritty, pulse-width modulated fuzz and a rich, natural-sounding op-amp overdrive that’s packed with character.
