Description

BOSS EQ-200 Graphic Equaliser
Shape your sound with precision and power

The EQ-200 is the most flexible compact equaliser BOSS has ever made, giving you incredible tone-shaping power for guitar, bass, and beyond. With two independent 10-band EQs, customisable frequency ranges, and high-end 32-bit audio quality, it’s built to handle everything from subtle tonal tweaks to complete sonic transformation.

The onboard screen gives a clear visual of your EQ curve, and the hands-on sliders make shaping your sound quick and intuitive. Each EQ can be set to run in stereo, in parallel, or in series for creative routing. You can even insert external pedals into the signal path to apply pre and post EQ for maximum control.

Whether you're adjusting for different venues, switching instruments, or just refining your core tone, the EQ-200 delivers studio-quality results right from your pedalboard.

Dual 10-Band EQs with Customisable Ranges

The EQ-200 gives you highly accurate tone shaping with extremely low noise and professional-grade audio processing. Each EQ band offers up to 15 dB of boost or cut, while the channel level sliders help balance volume or give your tone a boost. With three selectable frequency ranges, you can tailor the EQ response to suit electric or acoustic guitar, bass, synths, keyboards, and more.

Flexible Routing and FX Insert Options

The EQ-200 offers smart routing options to fit any setup. You can run the EQs in stereo, in parallel, or in series – ideal for shaping core tone on one channel and setting the other for leads or special effects. The insert loop lets you patch in pedals and apply EQ before and/or after them, which is especially powerful when working with drive or distortion effects.

Simple Interface and Real-Time Display

Hands-on sliders make using the EQ-200 a breeze, while the graphic display shows your current EQ curve at a glance. Switching between channels is easy, and accessing deeper functions is fast and logical. The Panel Lock feature helps avoid accidental changes when you’re focused on playing or adjusting other pedals.

Save and Recall Your Favourite Setups

You can store up to 127 user presets, plus one real-time panel setting. Setups can be scrolled through using the footswitches or recalled instantly with assigned presets. You can also limit the scroll range or recall presets via MIDI program change – ideal for switching tones quickly mid-performance.

Deep Real-Time Control Options

Out of the box, the footswitches control bypass and memory selection, but you can reassign them to do much more – from toggling channels to switching specific memories. External footswitches and expression pedals expand control even further, letting you adjust channel levels or act as a volume pedal. MIDI support makes it easy to control multiple 200 series pedals together, or integrate EQ-200 into a more complex setup.
