The Fender® California Deluxe Monterey™ E is a versatile electro-acoustic guitar designed to deliver inspiring tone, exceptional comfort and dependable performance wherever your music takes you. Built upon more than a decade of California Series development, the Monterey™ E combines classic acoustic craftsmanship with modern features to create an instrument equally at home on stage, in the studio or during everyday practice.

Its comfortable folk-style body offers a balanced, ergonomic feel that encourages long playing sessions while producing a focused, articulate voice. A solid Sitka spruce top provides outstanding clarity, dynamic response and projection, while the laminate mahogany back and sides add warmth and depth to the overall tone. Scalloped X-bracing enhances resonance, creating a lively, expressive sound suitable for everything from delicate fingerpicking to confident strumming.

The satin-finished mahogany neck features a comfortable C-shaped profile with a 12-inch radius fingerboard and vintage-style frets, delivering smooth playability across the entire neck. Premium appointments such as sealed split-shaft tuning machines ensure reliable tuning stability, while a Micarta® nut and saddle maximise string-to-string tonal transfer for improved sustain and consistent response. Factory-fitted phosphor bronze strings complete the instrument with a rich, full-bodied acoustic voice straight out of the case.
