Fender American Professional Jaguar®
The Fender American Professional Jaguar® takes one of Fender's most distinctive offset designs and refines it for the modern player. Combining the Jaguar's iconic short-scale feel and unmistakable character with a host of contemporary upgrades, this versatile instrument is built to excel on stage, in the studio and everywhere in between.
The comfortable 24" scale length delivers reduced string tension, effortless bends and a warm, full-bodied response that has made the Jaguar a favourite among players seeking a unique feel and tone. The Deep "C" neck profile features rolled fingerboard edges, a silky Super-Natural satin finish and a sculpted neck heel, ensuring exceptional comfort and unrestricted access to the upper frets.
A pair of V-Mod III Jaguar single-coil pickups provide enhanced clarity, articulation and dynamic response while retaining the signature sparkle and chime that define the Jaguar sound. The bridge pickup includes a tap function, allowing players to switch between a powerful, high-output voice and a more traditional vintage-style tone. Engaging the rhythm circuit places both pickups in series for a thicker, more aggressive sound, complete with independent roller volume and tone controls.
For expressive performance, the Panorama® Jaguar Tremolo system offers everything from subtle vintage vibrato to dramatic pitch bends, while the ClassicGear™ J-Bridge provides outstanding tuning stability, intonation and sustain.
Blending classic Jaguar personality with modern performance enhancements, the American Professional Jaguar® delivers remarkable versatility and playability for today's musicians.
