This D-03E is being offered as an ex-demo model. The guitar has never been pre-owned and is supplied in the original box with the full manufacturers warranty. It will have been demoed a couple of times and may have the odd very minor mark.
Expressly built for revisiting the 1940's and 1950's, the new -03 Vintage Series are all-solid mahogany guitars which include exquisite appointments and a stunning all-body vintage sunburst.
Based on the popular -03 Series, the Vintage models also feature solid mahogany back and sides but distinguish themselves with a highly resonant mahogany top rather than the standard spruce, and a stunning best-grade true vintage process all-body sunburst. The satin finish gloriously highlights the quality of the woods and allows the guitar's tone to sing.
Other enhancements include Vintage Tulip style tuning machines, Vintage multi-strip rosette, multi-strip top-bind purling and large fretboard dots.
As with all -03 models the D-03E Vintage features a one piece neck and a hand-fit dovetail neck joint. A Larrivée hardshell case is also included.
