The repertoire explores music written from 15th century to the present day, allowing the pupil to get a real feel for the different styles of music through time. The series is carefully written to adhere closely to the technical parameters of key and note ranges for the early grades, with well-crafted and idiomatic arrangements. Simple piano accompaniments are included, and each volume presents the pieces in chronological order and prints the year in which they were written.
