Due to the huge success of our offer of Free Delivery during the month of May, we are now offering Free Delivery on ALL online orders over £10 to most UK locations (until further notice)! Just select the following options at checkout:
- "FREE Royal Mail SecondClass" on orders under 2kg and between £10 and £50
- "UKMail BagIt/Next Day" on orders over 2kg and between £10 and £50
- "FREE UKMail Next Day" on orders over £50
*Please note that this offer excludes all acoustic pianos.
If an item would usually go by Royal Mail Second Class, you have the option to select "UKMail BagIt/Next Day" for a set cost of £6.30 for guaranteed tracked delivery IF you place the order by 2pm. Please bear in mind that UKMail will NOT deliver on Saturday, and if we despatch an item on Friday, it should arrive with you on Monday.
There are some locations in the United Kingdom that we will offer Free Royal Mail Delivery, but not Free UKMail Delivery. These include (but are not limited to):
- Isle of Wight
- Highlands & Islands
- Northern Island
- Channel Islands
- Any BFPO addresses

To pay for your order with Free Delivery, you must pay by either Credit/Debit Card, Paypal or Voucher. Please bear in mind that this is offer is ONLINE-ONLY and we will not offer Free Delivery if you wish to place your order with us by phone or fax.
