  • Description Of Our Goods

    (a) All the items we sell are new and boxed items unless specifically stated as being ex-hire or shop soiled. Ex-hire or shop soiled items will be sold at a reduced price to reflect their condition.


    (b) All goods supplied to UK customers are covered by a minimum 12-month guarantee subject to the Terms and Conditions detailed below.

  • Payment

    Secure online credit card

    If you select this payment method, you will be asked to enter your credit or debit card details via a secure page that uses the latest 128 bit encryption system - which is the highest level currently supported by all web browsers (such as Internet Explorer and Firefox).

    These details will be passed (securely) to Sagepay.com, our Payment Service Provider. Sagepay provide the 'gateway' needed to interact directly with your specific bank or credit card company. This direct integration enables an immediate response and therefore ensures that your order is processed quickly, securely and with the minimum of inconvenience.

    Credit card by fax or post

    If you prefer not to send your credit card details to us via the internet, you can post or fax the card details to us. (Please consider that while we use the highest level of encryption available on the web to ensure that your card number cannot be intercepted, while ordinary post or fax may be less secure.)

    If you choose this payment method,an order form containing your address and the details of your orderwill be provided. Print this order form and add your credit/debit card details, then either fax it or post it to the address shown on the form.

    NOTE: Your order will be recorded via the website, but it will not be processed until your completed order form has been received in the sales office.

    Cheque by post

    This payment method can be used if you do not own a credit or debit card, or you prefer not to use a card for payment.

    An order form containing your address and order details will be provided,which you will need to print and post back to us, along with your cheque. Please make cheques payable to Manns Music.

    NOTE: Your order will be recorded, however it will not be processed until your cheque has been received and cleared. This can take up up to 10 days from the point when you place an order.

    Bank transfer

    Choose this payment method if you would like to transfer the payment for this order directly from your bank to ours. Depending on the currency you are shopping in, you will be provided with an order reference and all the necessary bank details to enable you to make the transfer.

    NOTE: Your order will be recorded, however it will not be processed until the transfer has been completed.

  • VAT

    The U.K. rate of VAT is currently 20%, and we charge this to all our customers in the European Union. The British pound fluctuates daily against other European currencies and the Euro, so we suggest that you check exchange rates at www.xe.com to assess our prices.

  • Confirmation Of Your Order

    (a) You will receive confirmation of your payment via email.

    (b) In most cases, your order will be processed and despatched within 1 working day, at which point we will send confirmation that your order has been processed.

    (c) The estimated despatch date includes any time allocations for ordering out of stock items, which we will despatch on the same day we receive the items into our store.

    (d) We will not send out substitutes unless you are in agreement.

  • Your Right To Cancel

    (a) You can cancel your order for any reason for up to 14 working days after your item arrives with you. To do this, please send us an email stating that you wish to cancel and why, and we will advise you on how to proceed.

    (b) We will not accept returns of this nature (where the item is not faulty but you wish to cancel your order) if;

    (i) The item is not in its original unopened and saleable condition;

    (ii) The item is not returned in its original packaging and any additional protective packaging which we have supplied;

    (iii) The item is not resalable after use, eg. harmonicas, kazoos, ocarinas or any other mouth blown instrument or accessory (some exceptions may be made where this is a larger instrument).

    (c) If you are returning a non-faulty item, we will give you a full refund for the item, however, we will not refund the cost of delivery, and you are responsible for paying any return delivery costs.
